The hotel's rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the initial oversized and hard pillows, but they were promptly changed upon request. The service was excellent, especially Krishan Gopal who assisted me calmly and was extremely courteous. The location on the Racecourse was outstanding and made it more accessible from the city center. The dining experience, while heavy on the south Indian menu, offered several good options. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a few minor hiccups.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat, and tidy, providing a cozy atmosphere right from checking in. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist with local transport and even getting me medication from the pharmacy. The location was convenient for my family stay in Coimbatore, although it could use some improvement in certain areas. The dining experience was fantastic, with an excellent buffet spread, but there were some concerns about pricing. The facilities offered added to the overall enjoyable experience.
